Welcome to the Introduction to High-Road Leadership book study.

This introduction gives a glimpse of what is addressed in the book by Leadership Guru John C. Maxwell. The principles addressed in this introduction will allow you to start creating an environment in your organization where People are placed above profits, and profits will still be achieved.

As this is an on-demand session, I recommend that you:

1. Block 50 minutes to go over the presentation.

2. Write down what phrase or statement resonated most with you and create an action item to put it into practice in your life.

3. Write down what you want to achieve when implementing this action item.

This last step is the most critical since you need to remember what you want to achieve to continue implementing what you are now doing in your profession and your life.

TIP: Find an accountability partner to share the lessons learned, how you will implement them, and the progress you are making every week.
