Culture-Shaping Communication  WORKSHOP

This experience equips leaders to achieve effective, day-to-day interactions that shape the culture of an organization. Communication only happens within a larger context in business - Culture. If your team doesn’t know the context, and why it matters, they’ll struggle to communicate and never fully understand why. Accidental cultures result from accidental communication. 

5 C's System

Our 5 C's system facilitates organic growth of the organization by supporting leadership culture across the organization. The Leader embodies all the behaviors of a Servant leader and their behavior supports acknowledgement of the principles and values of the organization by each team member, allowing it to grow and thrive.

Objectives and Key Results

OKRs is a simple yet powerful goal-setting system relied upon by organizations around the world to drive focus, alignment, and engagement. It consists of objectives (what you want to achieve) and key results (quantitative statements that measure the achievement of the objectives). We are certified to support our customers on developing their organizational , departmental, and individual OKR's.

When in an organization the requirements for each role are well defined, the person in the role is aware of the expected results and can be kept accountable to perform that role, and the person is capable, willing to perform the role, and understands the goals to be achieved, the organization is going to grow.
