Who Looks Outside, Dreams. Who looks Inside, Awakes.

You have to Know Yourself, so that
You Can Be Yourself and Improve Yourself.
~ Dr. John C. Maxwell
And one of the main roadblocks to know ourselves is the belief that we already do. When we make a personal assessment of how we think, act and behave, the first thing we notice is that there were some things not visible to us before getting deeper into the details. And when we do, those things that are now evident to us were part of our blind spots all the time.
Blind spots are, certainly, not identified by the person who has them UNTIL somebody, or somehow, one becomes aware of it. There are several ways that we can become knowledgeable of our blind spots, including seeking feedback from colleagues, friends, or family members about areas where they may see us struggling or where they know our blind spots. Other methods include reflecting on past experiences, taking assessments, through professional support by engaging with a coach, mentor, or therapist, or by developing self-awareness.
The method we employ when assisting our customers with assessments is by using non-threatening ways that are, in some cases, executed in group sessions using gamification or workshops that allow the person to identify their blind spots, understand them, and present a roadmap to improve upon what is now evident to them.
All our assessments include a report and a debrief as deliverables.
An assessment is a process of evaluating and measuring an individual's or a group's knowledge, skills, abilities, or performance in a particular area. It involves a systematic collection of data and information to provide insights into the strengths, weaknesses, and needs of the individuals being assessed.
Assessments can take various forms, including tests, quizzes, observations, interviews, projects, and performance evaluations. The main purpose of assessments is to gather information that can be used to make informed decisions, improve understanding, and support learning and development. In the workplace, assessments are used for employee performance evaluations, skills assessments, and training needs analysis. Assessments are valuable tools for evaluating competency, understanding individual needs, and driving improvement.
The Maxwell Leadership Assessment is an online based tool that offers a 360-degree in-depth view of an individual’s influence, based on Maxwell’s Five Levels of Leadership methodology.
This tool is designed to assess the individual leader according to 64 important factors along with a self-assessment and anonymous feedback from supervisors, colleagues, direct reports, and others. Through this comprehensive 360-degree assessment, leaders accurately identify both their areas of strength and their opportunities for growth. This self-knowledge and team knowledge results in better teamwork, increased confidence, and more targeted leadership development.

It’s the practice of recognizing and understanding emotions in ourselves and others, and using that awareness to bring out the best in ourselves and those around us. We can master our EQ when we understand what we feel and know our triggers and hot buttons, when we use emotions to pursue goals, and learn how to navigate the emotions of others, among others.
Build Powerful Habits for a Positive Mind
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don't build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. And that's what our program empowers you to do!
DISC is a behavioral assessment tool that measures four primary personality and behavioral traits: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). These traits are used to understand an individual's behavioral preferences, communication style, and approach to work and interactions with others. The DISC assessment provides insights into how individuals tend to respond to challenges, communicate, influence others, and work in team settings. It is often used in professional and personal development contexts to improve communication, teamwork, and leadership effectiveness.
Jim Collins, in his book Good to Great, tells us that it is important not only having the right people on the bus, but on the right seat, too. When using this tool, leaders can identify the seat on the bus for each of their passengers (aka, collaborators).
